DESIGNATION: BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE CONSULTANT

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Intelligence Consultant and team player who can

 Analyze large volumes of data and present actionable information and handle end to end solution for clients to make informed business decisions.

 Handle administration, planning, designing, development, testing and implementation of BI solutions.

 Analyze complex business cases to design an adequate and beneficial BI solution.

 Review, maintain and update existing solutions as needed

 Perform root cause analysis of issues and defects.

 Develop technical specifications and implement and maintain BI governance processes.

 Take ownership of defined work packages in contributing to international and India projects.  Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with technical and functional team members and business users.

 Strengthen the BI community by hosting regular trainings and create comprehensible documentation and guidelines.

 Align with team lead activities and business demand to agree on priorities and resources/efforts

KEY SKILLS:

 Experience in Advanced Analytics, especially with 'R', Data Mining as well as in working with semi-structured data (e.g. Hadoop)

 Should have Azure Data Analytics or Data Lake experience.

 Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaboration and team building.  Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.

 Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 Able to understand current systems landscape and provide optimal way of reporting data

 Ability to understand business data across multiple domain such as Financial / Marketing / HR etc

EDUCATION:

BE / B. Tech / MCA / M.Sc. / BSc / BCA and or MBA BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

 Proven consulting expertise in the designated area/technology (preferred with certification)  Verifiable success in projects, consulting activities or technology related improvements

 Sound experience in IT Business Consulting or comparable job experiences
